1. Introduction
These Terms apply to the Playli mobile app (“App”) and the Playli website (“Site”). By using Playli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Playli.
2. Accounts
Your Playli account is tied to your Apple account (iOS) or Google account (Android). We do not create separate login details. We store only your Apple or Google user ID plus the IDs of your lists so you can use your subscription across devices.
You can delete your Playli account at any time directly in the App. When you delete your account, the user ID we store and your list IDs are permanently removed from our servers.
3. Subscriptions
Playli is available with one subscription model. Durations: 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months. Subscriptions are concluded and managed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their terms.
After the 7-day free trial (available only with the 12-month plan), Playli can only be used with an active paid subscription. If your subscription ends or is cancelled, you will no longer have access to Playli.
4. Free Trial
If you choose the 12-month subscription, you receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription becomes a paid annual plan. Trial cancellation must be done in your Apple or Google account settings.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings before renewal. We cannot process cancellations or refunds directly. Please contact Apple or Google for any billing or refund requests.
6. Use of Playli
Playli is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not use Playli unlawfully, do not copy or distribute our content without permission, and do not interfere with the operation or security of the App or Site.
7. Ownership
All content, features and design of Playli, including all learning lists, are owned by Playli or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from Playli content without our prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of Playli content is strictly prohibited.
Some lists may include third-party material that we use under open licences or with permission. Such exceptions are listed separately in our Acknowledgements.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
Playli is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid for your current paid subscription period. If you prepaid for a longer period (e.g., 12 months), our liability is limited to the unused portion of that period. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal digital-consent age in your country) to use Playli.
10. Third-Party Services
Links to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for external content or services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Playli if you breach these Terms. You may stop using Playli at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling your subscription with Apple or Google.
12. Changes
We may update Playli and these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on our Site. By continuing to use Playli after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is with the courts of Geneva, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. End User License Agreement (EULA)
This application is licensed to you under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

16. Entire Agreement; Waiver; Interpretation
The failure of Playli to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies published by us on the Site or in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Playli and supersede any prior agreements, communications or proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the Service.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
